It's your journey, so your choose your own benefits package! We offer a Standard Fee's Schedule and an All-Inclusive Plan.

Standard Package $60,000 +

Base Compensation $50,000 +

Signing Incentive and Insurance Incentive - $1,000 - 3,000

Medical Screening and Travel Allowance - $1,000 +

Base compensation begins at $50,000 regardless of your location. We also support our gestational carriers setting their own compensation.

Medical Screening and Travel Allowance - $1,000 +

Medical Screening and Travel Allowance - $1,000 +

We know your time is valuable and so do your future intended parents so we offer you a $250 screening bonus as well as travel allowance to cover airfare, hotel, mileage, ground transportation, childcare and food for medical screening. Your travel buddy is included as well!

Medication Start, Transfer Fee and Pregnancy Confirmation - $2,000

Receive a signing incentive when you and your intended parents receive your legal clearance.


If you have surrogate friendly insurance you are eligible to receive an insurance incentive at the end of your pregnancy.

Medication Start, Transfer Fee and Pregnancy Confirmation - $2,000

Medication start fee is paid at the beginning of medications for the FET cycle. 


Transfer fee is paid to compensate you for the procedure and the time spend resting after transfer. 


Confirmation of pregnancy is paid upon positive blood test and positive heartbeat, that beautiful sound everyone has been waiting for.

Monthly Allowance and Organic Foods - $250-$750 monthly

Monthly Allowance and Organic Foods - $250-$750 monthly

Monthly allowance covers things like extra food baby may be craving or pregnancy tests, miles for local appointments and other incidentals. 


Some parents would prefer their gestational carrier eat some or all organic foods and an organic food allowance may be given in these cases to cover the additional cost. 

Maternity Clothing - $1,000 - $1,800

Medication Start, Transfer Fee and Pregnancy Confirmation - $2,000

Monthly Allowance and Organic Foods - $250-$750 monthly

Chances are you didn't hang on to your maternity clothes and thats okay. You will receive a non-accountable allowance to cover the cost of your maternity clothing. 


Receive an additional allowance if you're carrying twins.

Housekeeping and Childcare - $1,500 +

There are times during pregnancy you need to take off work. You will have cycle appointments, screening and delivery. If you are working you are eligible to receive reimbursement for the time you take off work. Your spouse, partner or companion may also be eligible.

Childcare is needed  for some appointments, travel and of course the main event (delivery) and should you end up needed some extra rest. 


Housekeeping is also provided if needed or at the end of your pregnancy.

Our all-inclusive package is similar to what you will receive with a standard package but it takes out the guess work with one monthly payment.

Travel for you an your travel buddy

We prefer our gestational carriers to travel with a companion. Whichever payment schedule is proper for you, travel costs are covered for yourself and a companion, including pre-paid hotel and airfare when traveling. We also provide reimbursement for your travel buddy's lost wages so you can relax and focus on the journey ahead.


Amounts vary. 

C-Section

The goal is always a non-surgical birth; however, safe delivery is the most important thing for both GC and baby. Should the need for a c-section arise, we want to make sure that you recover fully and take it easy while you heal. 


$4,000

Twins

Most Intended Parents plan to transfer a single embryo (SET); with advances in IVF technology, SET has remarkable success rates. However, there are times when a double embryos transfer is preferred or when an embryo splits and a gestational carrier carries twins. We offer twin compensation, should you become pregnant with more than one baby. 


$500 additional clothing

$8,000 - 10,000 per additional baby

 

Breast Milk

Many new Intended Parents choose to receive breast milk from their gestational carriers afterbirth. If you decide to pump, compensation is available. 


$250 per week plus shipping and supplies 

Other amounts not included will be listed in your detailed benefits package.
